Refresh Stale Companies

Triggers a background process to refresh data for companies not updated in the last X days. The crawler will collect fresh contacts and run the AI analysis (which updates AI Status, AI Confidence, AI Explanation, and other categories) to produce new scores.

Days Companies older than this number of days will be refreshed. All markets When enabled, target market is ignored. Target market Required if "All markets" is disabled. Limit Max 200 companies per run. Update contacts Recalculate role, priority, and confidence for existing contacts. Include failed companies Include companies where the last crawl finished with status "failed". AI Deep Scan Forces the system to perform a deeper, multi-page crawl and highly-detailed LLM analysis (costs more) to accurately assess complex companies.
